Carolyn Park Middle School Supply Packs 2024-25 School Year

 Local Pick Up: orders are currently being accepted and will be available for pick up at our location (510 Deer Cross Road in Madisonville) beginning July 10th. 

Home Delivery: For your convenience, orders can be delivered to a home address for a $12 delivery fee added at checkout. Supply packs will be delivered between July 1st and Aug 6th.  

2024-25 School Supply Packs are nonrefundable.
